Payments: In Harmony Herbs and Spices offers several methods of payments. For your convenience we take credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Discover through our site, via Paypal, or by phone. You can also pay by check or money order. We do not accept cash payments. Orders using check or money order will be shipped after we receive the payment.
Orders shipped to California addresses will have 7.75% tax added on all items (except bulk herbs, teas and seeds).
If you use a credit card through our online store, your card will not be billed until your order is confirmed. When you place your order our system will verify your card, and ask for an authorization to bill it for the amount of the order. We will then check stock and verify the shipping cost before we bill your card. You will be notified via email during each step of this process.
We recommend using Paypal because they can be used on thousands of websites for purchases. Once you register and provide Paypal with a credit card or bank account, you may never have to give out that information again online!
Most “in stock” orders are shipped within 2 days of receiveing your order and payment. Allow up to 2 weeks for special orders and out-of-stock items. We will contact you if this is necessary. During the busy holiday season we’ll be able to serve you best if you order early.
Refunds: Herbs, seeds, essential oils and special orders are non-refundable.
Special Orders: If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please call us. We can often obtain those hard-to-find items. Special order herbs are available, often in one pound increments only, though for some herbs we can special order a 4 or 8 ounce package. Special orders are non-refundable.
Gift Certificates: We offer $25, $50, $100 gift certificates through our website, but you can call us for gift certificates in any amount you specify.
